Another great event!!!!!! Had a real good time met some new people and got to see another great collection. Thanks again to Sharon are host she did a fine job.I hope each meeting gets bigger and bigger.

Another thing that I was impressed with was that nothing, to my knowledge, was damaged. All those people milling around all that cool stuff, and not a crash did I hear!

Yeah Justin... I'd asked of you.. too bad you couldn't make it.. it was a real hoot. T'was a crowd indeed. Sharon's collection was beautiful and very well displayed. She was quite the little hostess! The food was awesome.. everyone and everything just came together and I think a good time was had by all. Some new faces and a lot of familiar ones.. it all made me smile.

Huge thank you to Sharon again for hosting this event. Also, thank you to everyone who came out and joined us for all the fun. There was some great food and discussions. Yes, the final count was 25 people. Hope to have the photos up soon.

I'm at work so I can't spend a lot of time here, but in short, the gathering was a rousing success. Chris has the final count, but I believe we crowded 25 people into Sharon's Batcave (I still never found the giant penny). A lot of people came for the first time, and we had some friends we hadn't seen in a while. Great food abounded, topped off by a huge Darth Vader cake by Russ.

Some people watched Fanboys. Chris ran the giant Trivia Trials and a lot of people wheeled and dealed for collectibles. It was a really great evening, I just wish it all could have lasted another couple of hours.

Help decide the fate of our July Meeting. After we've recovered from the Star Wars Weekends we're going to get back to basics with an Orlando Meeting in July. However, the exact date, time, and location have yet to be decided. Please put in your two-cents' worth so we can get the most people attending.

Trivia has been the most successful part of our meetings in the last six months so I hope Chris will keep up his role as emcee. We've had a lot of fun partly because of the prizes, but also because it gets us all talking about Star Wars in general. Rich's meeting in Port Saint Lucie had a room nearly devoted to items available for sale or trade. I'm very interested in having something like that in the future as well for those that want to participate.
What would you like to see?
