Quick question - the meeting is scheduled until 9pm but the store website says that they are open until 7pm. Are they staying open later for us or are we
moving to a new place at 7pm?

Chris can confirm this, but I'm pretty certain that Todd at Heroes Landing has been aware of this from the beginning. The time was actually arranged at
Todd's convenience so I feel confident we're fine till 9.
Our Facebook Event lists 23 people currently planning on attending, many of whom have not posted here. Nice! Hope they make it.
Chris and I have a few ideas of things to do at the meeting, but how about you guys? Anything you want to do or discuss (though discussion can be tough with a large group)? We'll definitely be talking about upcoming convention plans, and there will be some surprises. And don't forget the 15% discount. Todd of Heroes Landing told Chris that he ordered extra Star Wars stock to have on hand when the GFA invades. -Campbell

I saw a note in the thread asking for folks to note what they are bringing (pot luck wise).
I picked up/ordered a couple of things tonight: - Plates (40 pk) - Fudge - Sandwich platter (48 pinwheel things - supposed to feed 28-35 people) Can someone keep a tally of what is expected/needed along with the list of folks that are expected? |

Nice! We need to make some business cards or the like to hand out at the meeting so new members will know/be reminded of this message boards. Anybody have
access to making those super cheap? I'm off work till the meeting so I don't.
Chris came up with a great idea- "Hello, I'm..." stickers so we'll have those at the meeting. We should also have a sign in/mailing list sheet, too. -Campbell

I would get a pack of 75-100 name tags if they have them. We really don't have any idea how many people are going to be showing up for this thing. If
there's much less, then we have them for the next one. If there's more and we don't have enough, that would look bad.

Ok, I found packs of "Hello, my name is....." of 100 for less then 5.00 a pack. There is RED and BLUE. I was thinking Blue as in Blue Harvest. Chime
in with your 2 cents. I also took care of the sign in sheets too.
