Are there any people looking to share hotel a hotel room while in the Orlando area? I'm not, but I'm imagining a few of you will be arriving Solo and this could be an opportunity to share on the expenses. The time to book a hotel is now as available rooms are going the way of the dodo.

Also, even IF you've already booked a room it can't hurt to check once a month or so just to make sure opportunities have not gotten better. It's unlikely, but very possible that discounted rates will show up closer to the convention as hotels tend to add these once they know what kind of advance booking they're getting. This will be less true for the hotels right at the convention center as they are the places where selling out is virtually guaranteed.
