Wish I had Spike! I'd play it in the background.
Note: I moved this topic from the Non-Star Wars Entertainment section -Campbell -Campbell Help the SWGFA by buying through Amazon. |

Spike is frequently showing the two trilogies. They seem to play them every 2-3 months.

I just can't bring myself to waste time watching any of these movies on television when I have perfectly good versions without commercials sitting right
next to my DVD player which is right underneath the cable box that would be used to watch them on Spike.

I know what you mean about watching the commercial versions, always interrupted and generally lower quality, but there's something nice about knowing that
thousands of other people are watching them along with you. I also remember the days when the OT played on USA. You could watch some of Star Wars, go run some
errands and be back for the end of Empire.
With Clone Wars and the live action series we're one step closer to a Star Wars channel. ...or DVRpods that store hundreds of hours of HD content that can be set to 'shuffle.' -Campbell Help the SWGFA by buying through Amazon. |

I will be watching on Sunday. Wanted to both Saturday and Sunday but my family and I will be out pretty much all day on Saturday.
I have decided...Boba Rex is here to stay - the name as well as the person :)

It is also a nice way to sync up watching SW with other people. My boyfiend and I were able to watch SW together from our respective homes. |

I know I was told that they were on just a few weeks ago. It seems they show them roughly every couple of months. For those with Spike, am I right in saying that generally they show a couple of episodes per night over three nights?

They typically play them in order. I end up turning them on just for something to watch from time to time. I *always* go "why am I doing this when I have the DVD's right there?
