Campbell had a good idea yesterday that I'm going with here. I'm adding a thread to discuss good comic stores and other various places to buy
collectibles in the Tampa area. This is not a place to list any and all stores, but a store that you like, have had good experiences with and trust.

I found some interesting things in the Tampa area at Emerald City comics a few months ago. I know there are two, and unfortunately I don't know which one I
went to. (It was in a strip mall, had a lake behind, and had two main rooms). I'll probably check it out the next time I stay in Tampa, and I'll
definitely look into Green Shift.
And when you all take road trips to Orlando you might get some use out of the Orlando version of this topic. |

Be sure to visit Armada Games for any of you RPG needs. They are well stocked with most games including all the new
Saga Edition SW stuff.

Green Shift is the best out here. Demolition Comics isn't too bad but the owner likes to rip people of with there high prices but they do, at times, carry
hard to find stuff.

Funny you should say that. There's a store in Orlando called Comic Connection near Sea World that I occasionally checked. I noticed a few years ago that he
carried less and less Star Wars items so I finally asked him why. He didn't care about the quality, he just said Star Wars doesn't sell so he was not
ordering any Star Wars products. I thought this was very strange since there are probably as many Star Wars items selling in the last few years as any other
time (except maybe 1999).

Well, we can absolutely add Emerald City Comics, Games & Toys to this list. I know Campbell said he had been to one of the locations, but after our wonderful event last weekend at the Seminole location, we can proudly call ourselves friends with their store and staff.
